How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Currently, you can pay us with either Paypal, the most trusted online payment solution, or via a BACS transfer from your bank to mine (you may need to be registered for online banking with your bank account for this). Both methods are secure.

When will you ship my order, and how long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on location.

I will endeavour to send all in-stock items within two to three working days. Any items which will need to be ordered or made are subject to each items’ specifics; this is listed on each item’s page.

What is your Returns & Refunds Policy?
As a trader, I have the responsibility to offer a refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. As a consumer, you have the right to a refund, replacement or repair if an item fits into any of these categories.

In addition to your legal rights, I will also accept returns if you simply decide you no longer want an item anymore.

Refunds / replacements will only be issued upon return of the original item.

There are some items I cannot accept returns on unless faulty, including:
– pierced earrings
– body piercing bars
– stretcher cones / curls
– flesh tunnels / plugs
– underwear without hygiene stickers
– some personalised / bespoke handmade items

Under UK trading standards, I have no legal responsibility to accept returns on items that:
– the buyer knew were faulty at time of purchase, where the fault would be the reason for return (I can refund or exchange faulty clothing goods that don’t fit)
– the buyer damaged themselves trying to repair
– custom made items, unless faulty
